Q: New Betta owner, fish won't eat

Hi. I am new to this...never had any type of fish before. We baught 2 betta fish about 2 1/2 weeks ago (yes, I have them in sep. bowls). Upon purchase, were about the same size. Blue one has grown more and eats like a champ. Very active! Red one has ownly gotten slightly larger, is way less active and barely eats. I am cleaning bowls at same time, doing everything the same for them. Is there something wrong with my red one? If so (or even maybe) is there something I can to do fix?
