Q: my poor little innocent cat!

My cat came home from being outside and I picked her up to have her hiss at me loads. I put her down, she felt damp around her back end and then i realised she had blood around her bottom area! She hissed at me a few times and then began cleaning herself. Im guessing it was a male cat that had done this and she has been nuetered. What should I do if anything?

Cats do fight, that's for sure. Most squabbles are usually pretty superficial, though, and serious sparring like this tends to happen between two unneutered males most often. If she's bleeding from anywhere, she definitely needs a vet exam immediately. It could be she was injured in a fight with a cat or was attacked by a dog, raccoon, was hit by a car or fell from a great height, has serious diarrhea or was poisoned (if she is bleeding from the rectum), or she may have an abscess (life-threatening infection under the skin) that finally ruptured through the skin. Really too many possibilities to take a guess. You should get her in to the vet today for sure, and then I would recommend making her an indoor-only kitty. She may not be lucky enough to survive if something happens again.
