Q: puppies nose dry

My puppies nose is dry, my son says it's not normal. Can anyone help us, I don't know what to do, her stomach looks puffy. I took her for a walk today at the park and she seemed okay. She has eaten her poop a couple of times also and I don't know what to do with this situation either. Can someone give me some advice on what I should do. Thank you so much. She is a German Sheperd and is about 12 weeks old.
