Q: Baby Guiena Pigs

OK my guiena pig,Milky Way, had a litter of 4 today. No one knew and when my sister went to pick her up she found 4 dead guiena pigs all bloody with their insides showing(some did). It was really sad and since the father was in the cage with her I was wondering if he might have eaten some of them. But we have had other litters and no other problems just with this one they were smaller and had very little hair and they had their intestinse showing. I just wanted to know if this is normal or should we take Milky Way to the vet to see if she should be ok
